Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US-based prospects.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
Explain company services and offerings clearly to potential clients.
Schedule appointments and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Valuable communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in US Night Shift.
Prior experience in telemarketing or international BPO preferred (Freshers can apply).
