Key Responsibilities: - Manage hostel day-to-day operations smoothly. - Handle rent collection and maintain records using RentPe Management Application. - Supervise hostel staff, including cleaners, maintenance personnel, and helpers. - Resolve tenant issues and ensure discipline and hygiene. - Maintain basic reports and occupancy details. - Coordinate with the owner for updates and decisions.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
