Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers and ensure a pleasant in-store shopping experience.
Understand customer motorcycling needs and preferences; explain product features and advantages; recommend suitable merchandise.
Address customer queries related to product details, fitment, safety features, and usage.
Collect payments and process transactions through the POS system.
Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stockroom,



or other inventory locations.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
