Job Summary

The Clerk is responsible for supporting daily office and branch operations of NFAD Society. The role includes documentation, data entry, record maintenance, member coordination, and assisting senior staff in administrative and financial activities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with society policies.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties
Maintain office files, registers, records, and documentation
Prepare reports, statements, and daily office records
Support branch operations and coordination with head office

Data Entry & Records
Accurate data entry in software/registers
Maintain member details, loan records, and transaction files
Update daily attendance, vouchers, and office logs

Financial & Accounts Support
Assist in basic accounting entries, vouchers, and bills




Support cash/ledger records as instructed by Accounts/Branch Manager
Ensure proper filing of financial documents

Member & Staff Coordination
Coordinate with loan executives, field staff, and branch heads
Support audit and inspection requirements

Compliance & Discipline
Follow NFAD rules, procedures, and reporting structure
Maintain confidentiality of all society data and records
Ensure punctuality and discipline during working hours

Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum qualification:Degree (preferred):
Valuable communication and documentation skills
Prior experience in cooperative society / finance office is an advantage

Basic computer and typing skills
