Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound sales calls to potential customers
Explaining products/services and generating interest
Convincing customers and closing sales
Maintaining detailed call reports and customer records
Ensuring regular and systematic follow-ups
Updating data in CRM/Excel sheets
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinating with internal teams when required
Required Skills:
Solid communication and convincing skills
Excellent follow-up and record-keeping ability
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to use search engines and basic online tools
Target-driven and self-motivated
Solid sales mindset and positive attitude
Ability to handle objections confidently
