What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day, Real Talk)

Brand Voice & Conversations
Help shape how Akidha talks across platforms
Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions
Turn questions into content opportunities

Content & Culture
Create and support content across formats
Spot trends and adapt them thoughtfully
Work with designers and writers to ship content consistently

Learning What Works




Track engagement and community feedback
Understand why content performs or doesn’t
Improve tone, timing, and formats over time
