We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer to join our team and play a key role in developing our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:Train employees on basic personal development skills (communication, behavior, confidence) Deliver training on FTTH safety standards and best practices Ensure adherence to safety protocols in field operations Support employees in building a secure, productive, and professional work culture
What We’re Looking For:Experience in training, preferably in telecom/FTTH domain Robust communication and presentation skills Knowledge of safety practices in field operations Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Require to travel Pan India.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
