Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
Understand customer requirements and explain company services
Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
Follow up with interested prospects
Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Positive communication skills (English Required)
Confident and presentable personality
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Quick learner with a positive attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales

Working Details:
Working Days: 6 Days
Timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
