Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc.:
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Develop monthly content calendars
Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives
Track campaign performance and generate reports
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates
Required Skills:
Proven experience in social media marketing
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising
Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
Experience with Meta Ads Manager
Positive copywriting and communication skills
Analytical mindset with knowledge of social media insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Growth in followers and engagement rate
Lead generation through social campaigns
Reach and impressions growth
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
