Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily hostel activities and operations.
Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules by all residents.
Maintain proper records of students staying in the hostel.
Handle student grievances and resolve conflicts, if any.
Monitor the entry and exit of hostel residents and visitors.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in hostel premises.
Coordinate with administration for facility maintenance and other requirements.
Ensure safety and security of all residents, especially during night hours.
Assist in medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare facilities as needed.
