Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's database or software system.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered.
Utilize Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data, creating reports, and collaborating with team members.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and completion of tasks.
Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)



and social media management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a related industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, customer service).
Knowledge of data entry best practices and standards.
Certification or training in data entry or related field.
