Integrated Health & Wellbeing (IHW) Council is a premier think tank dedicated to advancing health and well-being across human enterprise and existence. Since its inception in 2014, IHW Council has been actively engaged in health advocacy, awareness, and policy dialogue by bringing together key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem—including healthcare providers, policymakers, government representatives, and industry leaders—on a unified platform. Role Overview

The Conference Producer (Senior Executive / Manager - Conferences & Projects) will be responsible for end-to-end planning, content development, and execution of healthcare conferences, summits, and related events organized by the IHW Council. The role also includes providing executive and secretarial support to senior leadership.





Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, plan, and execute healthcare conferences, summits, roundtables, and spotlight sessions.
Research healthcare industry trends and policy developments to create relevant and commercially viable conference agendas.
Identify, invite, and confirm high-profile speakers, panelists, moderators, and policymakers.
Draft session descriptions, program outlines, speaker briefs, and background notes.
Coordinate with marketing, sponsorship, communications, and operations teams for smooth event delivery.
Monitor competitor events and refine conference content strategy.
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate internal, external, and board meetings and track follow-up actions.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
