Roles & Responsibilities AWS / Cloud Responsibilities
Assist in managing and monitoring AWS services (EC2 etc.)
Support basic AWS account setup and configuration:
Monitor cloud resources, usage, and performance
Assist with backup, recovery, and security best practices:
Help troubleshoot basic AWS service and connectivity issues
Maintain basic documentation of AWS infrastructure
Maintain office assets including hardware and software
Office IT Infrastructure Responsibilities
Provide desktop and laptop support (hardware & software installation)
Assist in network support (Wi‑Fi, routers)
Install, configure, and update operating systems and office software:
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Assist in data backup and basic IT security practices
Eligibility Criteria
Students or freshers from IT / Computer Science / Networking / Cloud background:
Basic understanding of AWS or cloud concepts:
Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and computer hardware:
Willingness to learn and work in a practical IT setting
Valuable communication and problem‑solving skills
