Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / ITBM modules.
Robust knowledge of:
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Demand Management
Resource Management
Financial & Portfolio Management
Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
Hands-on experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
Robust understanding of Agile and Project Management methodologies.
Experience creating Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
Excellent problem-solving, communication,
and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM (CIS-SPM):
Experience with Agile Development, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Enterprise Architecture modules.
