Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage tender documents, BOQs, and estimates
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors
Analyze and negotiate quotes and bids
Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Collaborate with design and project teams

Requirements:
Experience in tendering, estimation, or BOQ in architecture / interior design
Knowledge of construction processes and costing
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, or similar tools
Prepare and manage tender documents, BOQs, and estimates
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors
Analyze and negotiate quotes and bids
Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements

Should be prepared a progress report.

Knowledge of the interior project process is must.

Working Days & Time:
9.30am to 6.00pm | Monday to Friday ( Saturday:
9.30am to 3.00pm)
