Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the fabrication unit.
Ensure fabrication work involving channels, angles, SS sheets, MS sheets, aluminum sheets, and hardware items is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Oversee press shop operations, including handling and monitoring press machines.
Supervise welding activities and ensure proper welding techniques and quality standards are followed.
Plan and allocate manpower effectively; handle and supervise shop-floor labour.
Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
Coordinate with management, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth production flow.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Sound knowledge of the fabrication industry and related materials.
Hands-on knowledge of press shop machines and welding processes.
Solid labour handling and team management skills.
Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings is an added advantage.
Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication unit preferred.
1 Years experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
