Resolving customer issues related to WordPress theme and Hosting.
Customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources.
Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team.
Approaching support customers for extra customisation.
Positive communication skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
total work: 1 year (preferred)
Call Center Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
