Provide individual attention to students, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Foster a nurturing and protected classroom workplace that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
Utilize interactive and hands-on teaching methods, incorporating storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning.
Assess and evaluate student progress through observations, informal and formal assessments, and maintain records.
Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, progress reports, and feedback sessions to keep them informed and involved.
Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators to ensure smooth curriculum implementation and consistent teaching methodologies.




Assist in the preparation and updating of lesson planners, worksheets, and learning materials.
Encourage positive discipline techniques to promote respectful and responsible behavior among students.
Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching practices and skilled growth.
Ensure a clean, organized, and resourceful classroom setup to facilitate effective learning.
Support children in their transition to Grade 1 by strengthening foundational skills and readiness.
