Job Summary:
The Food Packing & Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately packing food products and ensuring timely processing and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Prior experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack food products as per company standards, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and batch accuracy.
Verify product quantity, quality, and order details before dispatch.
Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update the Order Inward and Outward Register for all incoming and dispatched orders.
Maintain proper documentation and dispatch records.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene as per GMP/GHP guidelines.
Assist in inventory checks, stock arrangement, and warehouse organization.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and accurate shipments.
Follow food safety and workplace safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a bakery shop or food production setting.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle light to moderate lifting.
