Purpose:
This role as part of the development of the India country structure. It will take the existing planning role in India Central Office. This is a key role for the plants and country, which needs the attention of a dedicated person with appropriate skill set.
Job Location:India Central Office at Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand, Supply & Production Planning:
Prepare production master plans and schedules
Maintain orders, data and information in SAP and other planning-related systems/reports
Assign production orders on SFOL with reference to available ATMs
Partner with the sales team in generating the demand plan as input to the monthly SIOP process.
Manage the internal demand planning process.
Measure and monitor the sales adherence to the demand submissions and measure the level of forecasting
Gather, analyze and validate historical, current and future-related data (including but not limiting to) - sales, demand, production
Share,
communicate and report available information to relevant internal and external functions and stakeholders.
Reporting and distributing information with relevant functions and SIOP process stakeholders
Creating cans/ends supply plan line-load draft to align it with the central planning teams
Responsible to prepare the plant LL and production plan and observe plan execution
Manage the Intercompany demand and supply
Lead SIOP / S&OP;, meetings reports and collaborate with all stakeholders to perform various strategies on lines activity
Control and manage the slow moving inventory
Raise Purchase requisition from MRP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components based on the agreed supply plan
Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements
Coordinate between Sales and graphics teams on the current designs print proof timing and creation of any recent design on the system
