We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to work on industrial automation projects involving PLC programming, HMI integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
PLC programming, testing, and commissioning
Modify and optimize control logic as per project requirements
Integration with HMI, VFDs, servos, sensors, and field instruments:
FAT, SAT, and in office commissioning support
Troubleshoot automation issues during installation and production
Handle complex logic, interlocks, and basic safety concepts
Support documentation and customer coordination
Guide junior engineers when required
Required Skills:
PLCs:Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider / Mitsubishi:
Programming:Ladder Logic, FBD, Structured Text:
HMI:WinCC, FactoryTalk (basic to intermediate)
Protocols:Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP:
Exposure to Robot integration, Servo drives, Safety PLCs is an added advantage
Willingness to travel to customer sites
