ARPI Enterprises India Pvt Ltd is looking for a QC Operator - ZOLLER GENIUS 3 (Tool Inspection & Presetting) responsible for inspection of cutting tools and operating the ZOLLER GENIUS 3 machine to ensure tool accuracy, quality, and readiness for CNC production.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and handle ZOLLER GENIUS 3 tool presetting & measuring machine

Perform inspection of cutting tools such as end mills, drills, reamers, taps, and special tools

Measure tool parameters: diameter, length, runout, angles, radius, chamfer, and tool profile

Interpret tool drawings, GD&T; symbols, and tolerances

Carry out tool presetting and generate accurate tool offset data

Record and maintain tool inspection and measurement reports

Identify tool defects, deviations, and non-conformities

Coordinate with CNC production, tool room, and QA teams for corrective actions

Ensure proper machine operation, calibration status, cleanliness,



and safety

Follow quality system procedures and documentation requirements

Skills & Requirements

Hands-on experience in operating ZOLLER GENIUS 3

Knowledge of ZOLLER Pilot software (Pilot 3.0 / Pilot 4.0)

Solid understanding of GD&T; for cutting tools

Experience in cutting tool inspection and measurement

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments

Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)

Quality-focused with strong attention to detail

Able to work independently and meet inspection timelines

Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
