CrystalVoxx Ltd. is a Healthcare KPO providing Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Credentialing, Virtual Medical Assistance and Software Development services - all end-to-end services to US Healthcare clients.
Location - Ahmedabad:
Shift - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST):
Working Days - Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance coverage, perks and eligibility to determine the appropriate amount to bill to insurance companies.
Responsible for accurately coding, billing medical procedures and services provided by healthcare providers.
Review patient medical records, assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes, and enter them into the billing software.
Responsible for preparing and submitting electronic or paper claims to insurance companies for reimbursement.
Track and monitor the status of claims to ensure timely payment.




Interpret Electronic remittance to ensure that payments and adjustments are accurate
Maintaining knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and coding guidelines
Ensure that all billing and coding activities are performed in compliance with regulations to avoid any potential legal or financial risks

Required Skills:
Knowledge of medical terminology will be considered as additional advantage

Pay: ₹252,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
