Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices for foundry operations
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, factory acts, and statutory safety requirements:
Identify hazards related to molten metal, heat, dust, fumes, noise, electricity, and heavy machinery.:
Perform regular safety inspections and audits of furnaces, cranes, ladles, electrical systems, and PPE usage
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective/preventive actions
Maintain statutory registers, permits, and safety documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies
