Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
Handle counter sales and daily store operations
Sell Gold, Diamond, and Platinum jewellery
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product suggestions
Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly
Assist customers with billing, packing, and purchase completion
Maintain proper display and arrangement of jewellery
Ensure all items are secured after store hours
Inform customers about new collections and promotions
Maintain professionalism and follow company policies at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery preferred)
Good knowledge of jewellery products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and skilled appearance
Ability to stand for long working hours
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, billing systems, etc.)
Positive numerical and calculation skills
Robust customer handling and sales closing ability
Attention to detail and organized working style
Self-motivated and proactive attitude
