Job Title – Assistant General Manager – Design & Development

Location – Pune

Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced and design-driven skilled to lead the planning, design management, and technical development of large-scale real estate projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use and township developments.





The role will be responsible for driving projects from feasibility and conceptualization through design development, statutory approvals, and execution support. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic link between the business, design consultants, engineering teams, project management, sales & marketing, and external stakeholders to optimize project value, efficiency, design quality, and customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities -
- Lead project feasibility studies, design briefs, development vision, and master planning objectives
- Drive the end-to-end design lifecycle from concept development through construction documentation and execution support
- Review and manage master plans, site layouts, unit planning, architectural designs, and multidisciplinary design proposals
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, landscape, façade, interior, and other design consultants to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Ensure design compliance with applicable development regulat
