About us:
We are a deep-tech startup working in Quantum Technologies under the National Quantum Mission (NQM), Government of India. Our work spans quantum hardware, precision electronics, instrumentation, and embedded systems.
We build real hardware — not demos — and work closely with research labs, academic institutions, and advanced technology partners.
Who Should Apply
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on soldering of through-hole and SMD components:
Assembly, rework, and debugging of electronic boards and prototypes:
Assist in component selection (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, power components)
Read and understand schematics, BOMs, and basic datasheets:
Support development of embedded electronics and control systems:
Basic testing and validation using multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope:
Assist senior engineers in prototype build, bring-up, and documentation:
Maintain lab organization, tools, and component inventory
Required Skills (Must Have)
Practical experience in manual soldering (TH + basic SMD)
Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits:
Ability to follow schematics and assembly instructions
Willingness to learn and work in a lab / hardware setting:
Discipline, attention to detail, and safety awareness
Valuable to Have (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, etc.)
Basic knowledge of embedded C / firmware flashing:
Experience with PCB assembly or prototyping:
Familiarity with lab instruments:
Any academic or hobby electronics projects
What You Will Learn (Very Key)
This role is designed for learning and growth. You will gain hands-on exposure to:
Practical electronics engineering beyond textbooks
Embedded systems and microcontroller-based hardware
Precision measurement and instrumentation
PCB assembly, debugging, and hardware bring-up
Working on real quantum hardware systems:
How deep-tech products are built from prototype to system
