Job Overview
Key Responsibilities1. Project Sales Development
Identify and pursue large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Build robust relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and developers.
Provide customized solutions, quotations, and product presentations.
Demonstrate products using samples for better client understanding.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop sales strategies for project acquisition and closure.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts aligned with project timelines.
Technical Support & Product Knowledge
Offer detailed product knowledge and technical guidance to clients.
Assist clients in product selection and installation processes.
Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project execution.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams.
Ensure product availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Support project teams in meeting timelines and quality standards.
Market Expansion & Networking
Identify new business prospects in the assigned region.
Expand market presence through developers and construction companies.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and architect meets.
Problem Resolution
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for smooth execution.
