Key Responsibilities:
Conduct counselling sessions for UPSC aspirants (Prelims, Mains & Interview).
Explain UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, booklist, and preparation strategy.
Create personalised study plans and weekly preparation targets.
Provide guidance on answer writing, time management, and notes-making.
Must have experience as an UPSC CSE academic counselor profile.
