Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and nurture existing client relationships while generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
Drive recent business acquisition through prospecting, cold calling, and other outreach activities.
Partner with freight carriers and negotiate competitive rates and service terms for customers.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable and safety-compliant carriers for freight operations.
Maintain accurate records of freight movements and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
Prepare and manage all required shipping and legal documentation.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor pickup and delivery schedules to ensure on-time execution.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a skilled and timely manner.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
