We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team at XtraNet Technologies Ltd., based in Bhopal. As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on identifying and hiring top IT talent to meet our company's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Negotiating offers and facilitating the on boarding process for current hires.
Meeting recruitment targets and KPIs as set by management.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the IT industry.
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced workplace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills Required:
Proven experience in technical & infrastructure hiring
Robust sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, target-oriented, and able to close positions quickly
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
