Job Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and explain products.
Understand customer needs and close sales.
Generate bills using computer billing software.
Maintain daily sales records in MS Excel.
Handle stock entries and basic inventory tracking.
Ensure proper display & cleanliness of store.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer & billing software.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Positive communication & convincing skills.
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in retail sales preferred (1+ year).
Salary:
(Based on experience)
Incentive on achieving monthly targets.
Target:
Monthly sales target will be assigned.
Performance-based bonus on target achievement.
Pay: ₹9,836.04 - ₹24,343.65 per month
