About the Role
We are seeking an cutting-edge and strategic Salesforce Staff Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role is pivotal in translating complex business requirements into scalable, robust,
and high-performing technical architectures across Salesforce CRM, Agentforce, CPQ, and integrated platforms. You will serve as a trusted advisor, technical visionary, and hands-on leader, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem drives business transformation and delivers measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Solution Design & Architecture:
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges and integrate seamlessly with the broader technology ecosystem.
Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, technical design documents, and reusable frameworks.
Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of current Salesforce features, tools, and releases to advance platform maturity.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering:
