Role Overview

The incumbent will act as a key enabler for technology-driven efficiency in project execution, finance, CRM, purchase, and site operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, and hardware across head office and project sites.
Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment at offices and construction sites.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mínimal downtime.

ERP & Business Applications
Manage ERP systems used for real estate operations including projects, procurement, billing, CRM, and finance modules.
Ensure accurate data entry, system updates, and user access control across departments.




Coordinate with vendors for ERP customization, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Support users in day-to-day ERP operations and provide training where required.
Ensure integration of project, purchase, finance, and CRM data within ERP systems.

Software & Digital Systems Support
Evaluate, implement, and support current software solutions for operational efficiency.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and software providers for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
Ensure smooth functioning of all licensed software and tools used across departments.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement IT security policies, data protection measures, and access control systems.
Ensure backup, recovery, and data protection protocols are followed.
Monitor systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.
Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
