Primary Responsibilities:
Consult with internal stakeholders to translate talent needs into compelling brand-aligned messaging and narratives that resonate with targeted talent pools
Craft solid employer brand narratives that reflect our values, culture, and mission, and deploy them across campaigns, job families, and channels
Ensure consistency and alignment with corporate brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including media agencies, creative partners,



and internal marketing stakeholders-to ideate, design, and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns
Support planning and execution of recruitment events, campus engagements, virtual experiences, and other employer branding activations
Partner with internal teams and vendors to bring experiential concepts to life
Track metrics that tie back to ROI and TA goals, ensuring strategies remain agile and effective
Manage individual projects end-to-end while contributing to broader Talent Marketing initiatives
Partner with fellow team members to share insights, improve processes, and elevate overall impact
