We are seeking an experienced and agile School Principal to lead the school's academic, administrative, and operational functions. The Principal will ensure high educational standards, staff effectiveness, student success, and a safe, positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic and strategic leadership for the school.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure effective curriculum implementation and student achievement.
Manage daily school operations, discipline, and compliance requirements.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Oversee admissions, budgeting, and resource management.
Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:




Master's degree in Education or a related field.
5+ years of teaching experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of educational policies, curriculum standards, and school administration.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
