Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective Chemistry lessons for Senior Secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical demonstrations to ensure conceptual clarity in Chemistry.
Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments and ensure proper use of lab equipment and safety procedures.
Evaluate students through tests, assignments, practical assessments, and examinations.
Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
Maintain student academic records, attendance, and performance reports.
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams through structured revision plans.
Participate in school academic meetings,



parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
Ensure discipline and create a positive learning workplace in the classroom.
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance curriculum delivery and academic standards.
