Job Summary:
makeO (Toothsi) is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Associate Dentist Field Sales professional who can combine clinical knowledge with strong sales skills. The role involves conducting at-home smile consultations, educating customers about clear aligner treatments, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct home visits to perform smile assessments and consultations for potential customers
Explain explicit aligner treatments, including procedure, benefits, timelines, and pricing
Build trust with customers and drive conversions by effectively addressing queries and concerns
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Coordinate with sales, clinical, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and treatment initiation




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience at every touchpoint

Eligibility & Requirements:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) - Mandatory
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills:
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset:
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license
