About Us:
Role: Customer Care Executive

Location: In office at our Vasai East office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
Handle issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure quick and friendly communication to maintain high satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Good typing speed and strong written communication skills.
Prior customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or apparel) is a plus.
Solid interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Must be located in or around Vasai East and able to work from the office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
