Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with design team for recent product development.
Handle sample development, approvals, and corrections.
Ensure sampling is done as per buyer requirement and timeline.
Follow up for fit sample, size set sample, photo sample, and PP sample.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and factories.
Negotiate pricing, lead time, and quality standards.
Ensure vendor compliance with company standards.
Prepare product costing and margin calculation.
Finalize pricing after negotiation with vendors.
Work on discount and markdown planning if required.
Handle complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to dispatch.
Coordinate with production team for capacity planning.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing process.




Good understanding of fabrics, trims, patterns, and fits.
Vendor negotiation and communication skills.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Valuable Excel knowledge (trackers, costing, reporting).
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
