We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bakery Management Associate to join our evening operations team at Brown Butter Co.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys quick-paced kitchen environments, takes pride in keeping things organised, and can independently manage order dispatch + inventory during shift hours.

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM; Tuesday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities
Handing out correct food delivery platform orders to delivery partners
Managing ready stock inventory throughout the shift
Updating item availability and stock status on food delivery platforms in real time
Baking ready-made cookie dough batches based on inventory requirements
Ensuring kitchen utensils are cleaned before closing
Cleaning and maintaining the floor and workspace before leaving

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
Responsible and punctual




Comfortable working evening/night shifts
Organised and detail-oriented
Able to work independently during operational hours
Comfortable in a bakery/kitchen setting
Quick at learning systems and processes

Preferred
Prior experience in F&B;, bakery operations, cloud kitchens, or restaurant management is a plus
Familiarity with food delivery platoforms order handling is helpful, but not mandatory
