Position: Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator

Location:Pune (Chinchwad)

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Proposal Support
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and techno-commercial proposals:
Assist in creating presentations, documents, and basic 3D proposal coordination
Supplier & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, specifications, and lead times:
Work closely with design and purchase teams for requirement execution
Raise and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and internal requests
Customer Communication & Follow-ups
Follow up on pending proposals, approvals, and order confirmations:
Track and follow up on payments and outstanding dues
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customers, inquiries, proposals, and orders:
Prepare regular sales reports and status updates:




Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related data
Customer Experience
Collect and maintain customer feedback:
Ensure prompt response and support to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills
Engineering or related field
Solid communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills
Exposure to technical products / industrial sales setting.:
Basic understanding of drawings, AutoCAD, or 3D concepts.:
Engineering calculation required for selection of components.
Knowledge of conveyors and industrial automation.
