Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee overall business operations across multiple locations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, and profitability.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments including Sales, Service, CRM, HR, Finance, and Administration.
Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Analyze market trends and identify growth prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Prepare operational reports, forecasts,



and business reviews for management.

Requirements:
Proven experience in senior management or leadership roles.
Solid knowledge of automobile dealership operations preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multi-location operations and large teams.
Strategic thinking with robust problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across regions.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred.

Experience
10+ years of experience in Operations / Business Management / Automobile Industry.
