Role and Responsibilities of Jr. Merchandiser
Research and develop current vendors
Research and Develop recent products
Sample development from concept, to fabric selection, to trims and finishing
Identify the best vendor for each product
Timely Ledger sync and payments to vendors
Execute orders end to end: Sales Order to Customer Delivery
Coordinate with supply chain: Send POs, prioritize orders / products, manage lead times, and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with Sales team: Understand client specifications, lead times and provide timely updates on orders
Plan and maintain sufficient product stock across all branches
Ensure team is on point with their task and activities
Give clarity on tasks and expectations on result and timeline
Accurate & timely, tracking & reporting of Current pipeline
