Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents.
Provide information about Unacademy courses and programs.
Generate and follow up on admission leads.
Convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain daily call reports and customer records.
Achieve assigned monthly and weekly targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the counselling and sales team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling/telesales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.
Positive attitude and strong follow-up ability.
