Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical documents
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams
Prepare site reports, work schedules, and material requirements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Manage material usage and minimize wastage
Support billing, estimation, and quantity surveying activities
Maintain project documentation and progress records
Required Qualifications
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/site experience
Experience in residential,
commercial or infrastructure projects
Understanding of construction materials, methods, and site execution
Ability to manage manpower and site coordination effectively
