Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and maintain employee records.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance tracking, ensuring timely
and correct disbursement of employee salaries.
Requirements:
1 years of HR experience, preferably in IP
Robust knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
