Summary:
Flowserve is currently looking for a Production Planner Associate.

In this role, you will coordinate and manage the production planning and scheduling for the manufacturing of optical systems and subsystems. You will work closely with the Line Manager to make sound business decisions that support meeting customer needs while ensuring quality, inventory, cost, and delivery goals are achieved.





Responsibilities:
Manage all planning inputs including sales orders, OEM forecasts, custom/special orders, and strategic build plans.
Prepare and distribute weekly production schedules and work order dispatch lists.
Support production activities by scheduling and ensuring timely material availability in collaboration with the Supply Chain Management team.
Follow up with all cross-functional teams to expedite materials and documentation needed to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
Ensure daily production requirements are met to satisfy customer demand.
Complete status reports for production progress, work in process (WIP), and stage inspection closure.
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality Control, Warehouse, and other internal teams to successfully execute the production plan.
