About the Role

Job Profile





Position details - MUFG is looking to hire legal counsels (India Qualified and enrolled with BCI, India) at AVP level with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in vendor/commercial contracting space.

The proposed current hires will assist in flow commercial contract activity and to further strengthen the MGS EMEA and APAC Legal team delivery model.

Roles and Responsibilities
Review, draft, negotiate and finalize vendor contracts.
Legal risk mitigation
Ensure compliance with internal policies with escalation.
Support contract process and coordinate with TPRM, Procurement, Data Privacy and business teams across EMEA and APAC business.
Assist legal operations to maintain contract records and support process improvements.

Job Requirements - Legal Professionals with relevant experience of 8 to 10 years in complex commercial contracting (sales/vendor side)
India Qualified Lawyers
Bar Council Registration is mandatory
