Hiring Freshers
Represent consultants in the job market by connecting with vendors, implementation partners, and clients to identify suitable opportunities.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals to find relevant openings.
Match consultant skills with job requirements and submit well-prepared profiles to vendors.
Stay in regular touch with consultants to track availability, visa status, and readiness for interviews.
Coordinate with recruiters and vendors to schedule interviews and follow up for feedback.
Maintain daily reports on submissions, interviews, and progress.
Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and consultants for long-term collaboration.
Guide consultants toward roles that align with their skills and career goals.
Support in offer discussions and help close opportunities smoothly.
Ensure all required documentation is complete before submitting profiles.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good English speaking ability.:
Basic knowledge of recruitment / sales / coordination (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or MS Excel is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups.:
Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment.
